The fermentation and aging of Atomu is done in two stages.
One is the aging of a single ingredient itself.
We wait three months to four years for the ingredients to mature and blend.
The other is the fermentation and aging process after blending.
During one to two months, we mix the ingredients for certain amount of time every day.
The long time of fermentation and aging distinguishes Atomu essence from the conventional products made by chemical formula for a short time.
Due to the decomposition during these processes, the ingredients of fermented essence are reduced in size,
